I received my certification as a Massage Therapist in 2012 from Northern Virginia School of Therapeutic Massage in Falls Church, Virginia. After graduating and attaining my licensure, I began practicing at Massage Envy, where I encountered more than one thousand different clients in only two years. I loved it there and am so grateful for all of the experience, but the downside of the fast pace and packed schedule was that clients had to be rushed out the door for the next person within five minutes after I completed the session. In 2015, I decided to move to Black Mountain and develop my own practice with longer sessions, lower rates, and more time for my clients to relax and slowly get back up from the table after their massage. I love having enough time to do thorough work, and the satisfaction I get from seeing my regular clients improve is why I provide affordable treatment to make repeated visits doable. I feel so lucky to have a career that brings me so much joy and satisfaction!
